Grandma time

Went to Green Bay for a long weekend. Mostly played with Isaac, which was a great time.

Isaac is in love with the Thomas trains. It's pretty much all he thinks about unless he's outside. We went to Toys R Us and got some more track and another engine, named Rosie, who slept with him and was in his hand most of the time.

Barb, this one's for you! Maybe you can find me a bedmate to cuddle with who doesn't snore or flop around?

Park

Megan and I took Isaac to the park on Thurs. Weather was great and he had a fun time running around and playing.

I'm going to Green Bay for a few days to see my girls and play trains and go to the park with Isaac. Tara says he's sassy so we'll have to work on that too!

SPRING!!

Spring has come! Had water in the ditch last week and it reminded me of my childhood. My sister Pat and I used to take an old door and float it in the ditch, pushing along with sticks like we were Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn. I think there must not have been culverts to divert the water that built up in there every spring because it must've been pretty deep to do that.

Sophie can now sniff the creeks instead of the snowbanks. We're hoping the beavers will damn it up cuz they're entertaining.

Nicki and Joe (or as Isaac says "CHOE") were here last Fri. nite on their way to the cities. Aren't they a cute couple?

Truth

It is only while we are in God's will that we can be truly free; free from sin, free from past baggage, and free from the fear that the world can instill in us daily. So why is our own will constantly fighting His?

Winter wind-down

The warmer weather has given us some awesome frosty mornings and more long walks with my favorite exploring friend

Good friends

I had the "older" girls from the clinic over for dinner one night. I've worked with some of these gals for 25 years and they are great friends.

My "little boy" turned 28 in Feb. He and Mandi will be married in Sept. I'm glad he has found his life partner!

Girls!

We had our pastor's two girls overnight a couple weeks ago. We played Barbies, trolls, ponies, quints, painted and watched cartoons!
